Black November Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is run by Eagle Motor City, 229 Corlett Drive, Bramley, Johannesburg, and covers Eagle Ford, Eagle Mazda, Suzuki Bramley and Eagle Mahindra.
2. The competition runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026.
3. Open to South African residents aged 18 and older who buy a vehicle from Eagle Ford, Eagle Mazda, Suzuki Bramley or Eagle Mahindra during the competition period. Employees of Eagle Motor City and their immediate families may not enter.
4. Buyers are entered automatically once finance is approved or the vehicle is paid in full. Fleet, rental and dealer-to-dealer sales are excluded.
5. There is one prize across the group: a R2 500 fuel voucher every month for 12 months. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The winner will be drawn at random and announced on 7 December 2026 at Eagle Motor City. The winner will be contacted using the details they provided and must respond within 7 days, failing which a new winner may be drawn.
7. Pop a balloon: buyers who visit any of the dealerships during the competition period may pop one balloon to reveal an instant prize. Every balloon has a prize. Prizes are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be claimed on the day.
8. The winner agrees to their name and photograph being used for publicity related to this competition.
9. Personal information is collected and processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and is used only to run this competition.
10. Eagle Motor City's decision is final. This competition is run in line with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act. Eagle Motor City may amend or end the competition if circumstances beyond its control require it.
